Kindly be informed that the exercise has been concluded. Bid Evaluation Committee in the High Commission constituted and functioning as per the criteria laid down in the tender document, has, after thorough evaluation (technical & financial) of all bids received, arrived at its decision. Financial bids of only those bidders who fulfilled the eligibility criteria under technical qualification were considered and in presence of their representatives, financial bids were opened. 
 
M/s Ardhas Technology India Pvt. Ltd. has quoted the lowest bid of USD 3000 per annum for hosting, redesign and management of website of HCI Canberra and hence, the contract is being awarded to the company.
